Mixing use of MSAF and Google Analytics (ga.js) reporting on a web site causes inaccurate analytics data.

It appears that MSAF makes up its own unique user identifier to send with Google Analytics events rather than using the one that Google Analytics stores in the __utma cookie. This causes incorrect reporting of unique users and breaks goal tracking when a site uses a mixture of analytics reported via the Google Analytics tracking code embedded in web pages and analytics reported via MSAF. This problem could be easily resolved by having MSAF access and use the unique user identifier stored in the __utma cookie by ga.js.
