In the SL5 project for this component I found that the folder "Implementation" which contains the files EventLogFactory.cs and ABTestingCore.cs were missing.

The file EventLogFactory.cs contains the Export for EventLog. Please include these files in the Microsoft.WebAnalytics to avoid Import[Log] exception when you use this component in SL5.

I've bee using Google Analytics at page level , just to track user counts an basic information's..but this is way better and much expected.
